Kingdom - Take a Leaf.....
Memories of walks through an
autumnal English woodland, are captured in a moment of time with stitch and
cloth. The joy of being with the trees, the stillness and peace you feel as you
take each step are recorded within the quilt like structure, reminding you of
the way leaves form a comforting blanket on the earth. The leaves gathered on
these walks are imprinted, as ghostly forms within the fabric, capturing the
beauty and essence of the individual leaf.
